Service Description
Pro boxing classes are available for all ages 18+.
These classes will teach the master skills of boxing through body movement, technique and ring-smarts. Training will also improve conditioning by increasing cardiovascular health, master eye-hand coordination, and complete total-body strength. Training will be inpreparation for professional boxing matches.
Classes are by appointment.
